Servesal is a professional at-home service platform based in Kolkata, founded by Anup Maity. Our goal is simple—to make home services more reliable, transparent, and fair for both customers and service professionals.

Our Journey

Servesal did not start as just a business idea.
It started from real, hands-on experience.

Since 2019, we have been working in the local home service market through offline bookings and phone calls. As customer demand increased, managing bookings manually became difficult and time-consuming.

To make the process smoother and more efficient, we moved online on March 20, 2025. Now, from 2026 onwards, we are focused on growing through our website and WhatsApp platform to serve customers in a faster and more organized way.

Our Story

Before starting Servesal, our founder worked as a service professional in a large home service company.

During that time, several challenges became clear:

• Fixed pricing did not match real working conditions

• Professionals had limited flexibility to handle on-site situations

• Extra effort, tools, and time were often not properly considered

• The people doing the hardest work were not always treated with the respect they deserved

At the same time, customers expected high-quality results—but without the right flexibility and support, delivering the best outcome was not always possible.

This gap between expectation and reality inspired a change.

Servesal was created to build a better system—one that is fair, practical, and respectful for everyone involved.
