Professionals have the right to refuse service if:
Conditions are unsafe
Work is not feasible
Required resources are unavailable

Servesal is not responsible for outcomes beyond practical limitations
Results may vary depending on condition, material, and environment
In case of accidental damage:
Claims up to βΉ10,000 may be considered
Final decision will be taken by Servesal after review

Any disputes must be reported to Servesal

Both parties must cooperate during the process

Service availability depends on professional (partner) availability in your area
Not all services may be available in all locations at all times
Same-day service may be available only if slots and professionals are available
π Distance & Remote Area Policy
For locations far from standard service areas, extra charges may apply
In some cases, service requests may be declined due to distance or unavailability of professionals
π Location Selection System
Customers can select their service location using:
GPS auto-detection
Manual address entry
π Customers are responsible for providing accurate location and address details
β οΈ Address Mismatch & Unavailability
If incorrect address or location is provided:
The professional will attempt multiple calls to confirm details
If the customer is unreachable, the booking may be cancelled
A βΉ100 charge may apply
If the customer requests service at a different location:
The professional may accept or decline based on distance and feasibility
Minor changes (up to ~2 km) may be considered upon mutual agreement
π Communication Attempt Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the service time:
The professional will attempt multiple calls
If there is no response after repeated attempts, the booking will be cancelled
Applicable charges may apply as per policy

Servesal plans to expand services beyond Kolkata to other cities across India.
Service areas will be updated as expansion progresses.
Final Note
We aim to provide clear and transparent location-based service availability.
