Servesal currently provides at-home services primarily in Kolkata and nearby areas.

  • For locations far from standard service areas, extra charges may apply

  • In some cases, service requests may be declined due to distance or unavailability of professionals

  • Customers can select their service location using:

    • GPS auto-detection

    • Manual address entry

๐Ÿ‘‰ Customers are responsible for providing accurate location and address details

  • If incorrect address or location is provided:

    • The professional will attempt multiple calls to confirm details

    • If the customer is unreachable, the booking may be cancelled

    • A โ‚น100 charge may apply

  • If the customer requests service at a different location:

    • The professional may accept or decline based on distance and feasibility

    • Minor changes (up to ~2 km) may be considered upon mutual agreement


๐Ÿ” Communication Attempt Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the service time:

  • The professional will attempt multiple calls

  • If there is no response after repeated attempts, the booking will be cancelled

  • Applicable charges may apply as per policy

Servesal plans to expand services beyond Kolkata to other cities across India.
Service areas will be updated as expansion progresses.
