Service Availability
Service availability depends on:
Professional availability
Location feasibility
Time slot availability
Not all services may be available at all locations or at all times.
Same-Day Service
Same-day service may be available if:
A professional is available
A suitable time slot is open
Same-day service is not guaranteed and depends entirely on availability.
Location Confirmation
Customers must provide:
Correct address
Accurate location (GPS or manual)
If incorrect location is provided:
The professional will attempt multiple calls
If unreachable, the booking may be cancelled

Call Attempt Process
If the customer is unreachable at the location:
2 immediate call attempts
After 5 minutes β 1 more call
After 10 minutes β final 2 calls
If still unreachable:
Booking will be treated as No-Show
βΉ100 charge will apply
Distance & Extra Charges
If the service location is far or outside the normal service zone:
Extra charges may apply
Service may be declined
Final decision depends on professional and Servesal team
Location Change
If a customer requests a different location after booking:
Within ~2 km β professional may accept
Beyond that β may be declined or extra charge may apply
If customer refuses terms:
Booking may be cancelled with βΉ100 charge
Service Feasibility
If the location is:
Unsafe
Inaccessible
Not suitable for service
The professional may refuse to perform the service
Final decision will be taken by Servesal team
π Address & Map Navigation Priority
Service professionals generally follow the map navigation location provided during booking, if it falls within their serviceable area.
In case of mismatch between typed address and map location:
π If the map location is within the professionalβs service area, it will be followed.
π If the map location is outside the service area but the typed/local address is within the service area, the typed address will be followed.
If both:

Typed address β
are outside the serviceable area,
π The booking will be considered invalid and may be cancelled.
If incorrect or misleading location details are provided:
The professional may contact the customer for clarification
If not resolved, cancellation rules may apply
